All our pieces are handmade in our Parisian workshop in the 14th arrondissement. We put all our heart and our know-how into the realization of your future piece, here are some maintenance tips to keep it as long as possible near you: We advise you to avoid all kinds of impacts and friction, remove it when you sleep, bathe or play sports, finally, avoid contact with perfumes and cosmetics.

- All your orders are shipped within 48 hours.

- You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your package to inform us of your intention. Please send this request to eshop@elisetsikis.com.

- The product must not have been worn, worn out or modified, nor deteriorated. This must be returned in its original packaging.

- The refund of an item after receipt will be made within 15 days.
