V - ORDER
The shipping times visible on the site are indicative. MAISON TSIKIS cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery due either to the courier or to a delay in the manufacture of the jewel.
Following an order on the site www.elisetsikis.com, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his package to inform us of his intention.

The product must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed or damaged. This must be returned in its original packaging.
V - RETURNS / SERVICE
In the case of a purchase on the site www.elisetsikis.com, and only in this case, we offer you a free repair service for one year from the date of purchase on presentation of proof of purchase . This service is offered free of charge on condition that the deterioration of the jewel is linked to the natural wear and tear of the product and / or a manufacturing defect.
