From your order, you have a return period of 14 days from receipt of your package to inform us of your intention. The product must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed or damaged. This must be returned in its original packaging.
You can then choose between a refund or an exchange. Either way, please write to us at eshop@elisetsikis.com so we can see it all together.
What if my jewelry is damaged or broken?
In the case of a purchase from a reseller, do not hesitate to contact him directly.
If you bought the product on our site or in an Elise Tsikis Paris store, two possibilities are available to you.
The warranty for your jewelry is one year. If you are concerned, provided that the deterioration of the jewel is linked to the natural wear of the product and / or a manufacturing defect, we can then proceed to an exchange.
After this warranty period and if possible, we can offer you a repair. We will then provide you with a quote so that you can accept it - or not - before initiating repairs. In this case, please specify in your email the order number, photos and the delivery address for returning the repair.

We do offer the adaptation in clips on some models. Do not hesitate to consult the product sheet of your favorite model to see if it is concerned.

Our jewelry, composition, making and maintenance
Our jewels are gilded 24 carats, 3 microns on a brass base, in gold, pink gold or white gold and are part of an approach respectful of working conditions & the environment, labeled Fairtrade. Each piece is handcrafted by our jewelers in our workshop in Paris. They are unique in this. To take care of it and that your jewel retains all its shine, it is not recommended to wear it when you sleep, bathe or play sports. Also avoid contact with perfumes and cosmetics.
Note that the gilding will acquire a patina over time. The speed with which it takes a patina depends on the way in which the jewel is maintained. The fading gilding is the result of perfectly normal natural wear.
Store your jewelry individually and be sure to protect your natural stones from bumps and scratches.
